Edit:Der Kundenservice hat sich gemeldet bzw. Ich nach Aufforderung.Gab ein paar Tipps für gute Grows und ich habe direkt neue Samen bekommen. Top Service.Auf 5/5 erhöht.Lieferung sehr schnell. Innerhalb von drei Tagen da. Preise sind in Ordnung. Leider sind von 6 Samen 3 nicht aufgegangen. Vielleicht liegt es dran, dass es Autos sind ?! Na hab zum Glück 10 Samen bestellt und noch welche dazu gekommen. Die anderen drei werden es wohl richten 🙂

Zeer goede service! Er was een fout gemaakt bij het inpakken van mijn bestelling waardoor ik een medium cvault had ontvangen in plaats van de bestelde large. I can't tell you how great the customer service is here. every email question I had was replied to within an hour, not days or weeks or ignored. My package arrived yesterday and I again can't relate how generous they are. i got 3 free seeds, a grinder, papers, filters, plant markers and a very cool sticker along with a handful of literature to read. I have used a dozen seed banks and Dutchfem ranks at the very top! Try them you will not be disappointed, i guarantee.
